When will my order be shipped?
All orders will be shipped within 1-5 business days.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
I am located in Canada and use Canada Post to ship all orders. Customers will be provided with a tracking number. Orders can be expected within 9-10 business days of shipping [often sooner depending on location].
What methods of payment can I use and is my transaction secure?
We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express. All transactions are processed through Stripe, you can read about their security measures here.
Are you taking any steps to protect the environment?
I am committed to doing my best to be kind to Mother Nature. All special collection cards are now printed on 100% cotton rag and have always been packaged in paper [glassine] bags [which are both recyclable and compostable]. I am currently in the process of switching to recycled cotton envelopes for my greeting cards, sourced in Canada.
What packaging do you use?
All cards will be shipped in cardboard boxes and Kraft mailers, sealed with paper tape. I repurpose all damaged cards, seconds and proofs by shredding and crinkling into packing material to protect our products in shipping. Artwork is shipped wrapped in glassine and cardboard, with Kraft paper or cornstarch foam pellets for protection.
Do you design and sell custom cards?
I do create custom cards. Generally this is something on offer for businesses because of the minimum quantity needed to order per design. Minimum order is 100 cards to receive wholesale price of $3.25. We can order a set of 50 cards, however the price per card will be higher. Custom cards are great for customer appreciation, as a gift card etc. I will work with you to illustrate something special and unique to you. Contact for more info!
