When will my order be shipped?
All orders will be shipped within 1-5 business days.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Alex is located in Canada and uses Canada Post to ship all orders. Customers will be provided with a tracking number. Orders can be expected within 9-10 business days of shipping [often sooner depending on location].
What methods of payment can I use and is my transaction secure?
We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express. All transactions are processed through Stripe, you can read about their security measures here.
Are you taking any steps to protect the environment?
As a company, Honour Bright is committed to doing our best to be kind to Mother Nature. All Honour Bright cards are now printed on 100% recycled card stock and have always been packaged in paper [glassine] bags [which are both recyclable and compostable]. Alex is currently in the process of switching to recycled cotton envelopes for her greeting cards.
What packaging do you use?
All cards will be shipped in cardboard boxes and Kraft mailers, sealed with paper tape. We repurpose all damaged cards, seconds and proofs by shredding and crinkling into packing material to protect our products in shipping. Artwork is shipped wrapped in glassine and cardboard, with Kraft paper or cornstarch foam pellets for protection.
Do you sell wholesale?
Yes! We currently offer wholesale to shops across Canada and are always excited to find new stores to partner with. Honour Bright offers retailers 5km exclusivity. Upon receiving your application we will make sure your location allows for that and send you a wholesale discount code. Please fill out the form here and we will be in touch!
Do you design and sell custom cards?
We do create custom cards. Generally this is something we offer for businesses because of the minimum quantity we have to order per design. Minimum order is 100 cards to receive wholesale price of $3.25. We can order a set of 50 cards, however the price per card will be higher. Custom cards are great for customer appreciation, as a gift card etc. Alex will work with you to illustrate something special and unique to you. Contact for more info!
